Go Ape is an amazing adventure experience for "Kids" of all ages from ages 10 up to 70.

The Go Ape experience at Alice Holt involves climbing ,swinging ,crawling and generally enjoying yourself on a series of treetop assault course-style ladders, ropes, tunnels, bridges etc .You'll experience an Ape's eye view of the Forest from heights of up to 40 feet above the ground, with stunning views over the treetops.

Go Ape is located at the main Visitor Centre off the A325 at Bucks Horn Oak, on the road to Dockenfireld. You'll need to turn off the A325 at the Halfway House Pub, opposite the petrol station in Bucks Horn Oak which is between Farnham and Bordon. The nearest railway stations are Farnham or Bentley on the Waterloo-Alton line and Go Ape is a reasonable cycle ride from there, but too far to walk with children. The number 18 Stagecoach bus from Aldershot to Whitehill stops at the Halfway House and Go Ape is a short walk from there. Remember there are car parking charges at the visitor Centre which vary depending on which day of the week you come. There are other facilities at the visitor Centre, including toilets, a restaurant, shop and numerous educational and fun activities for children, both indoors and out.

You need to be at least 4'7" tall and reasonably fit and healthy, and you should allow up to 3 hours to complete the experience, depending on how busy the course is. There are 11 other Go Ape attractions around Britain. Booking is strongly advised and charges, advice and terms and conditions can all be found at Go Ape's excellent website or by calling 0845 643 9215
